Independent Certifier

As an Independent Certifier (IC) for the Department of Health and Aging, Dr Steve’s role is to validate the work carried out by the contractor.   He familiarises himself with each project and conducts necessary site inspections in order to confirm the status and progress of the works in accordance with the detailed working drawings.  He submits reports on the delivery of the services and includes relevant supporting documentation and project cost information to substantiate the report.
